Shipping and terms

SHIPPING:

  • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday at 3:00 p.m..
  • Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. they ship the same day. after 2pm they ship the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1pm They ship on Monday.
  • once shipped, you receive package in 48/72h in shipments to Peninsula.
    TO Balearic and Canary Islands, is received in 2-3 days.
    Y international, is received in 2-4 days.
  • Once shipped, you receive the link and tracking number by email to check where your package is.
  • To consider that payments via transfer or Bizum are verified manually and may take a few minutes, hours, or days depending on when we receive the payment.
  • Once the payment is received, we mark your processed order and begin to prepare it and you receive the confirmation email.

Our shipping company does not deliver on weekends or holidays, packages are sent within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment and the delivery service has up to 72 hours to get it to you within Spain . Under normal conditions you will need between 48-72 hours on the peninsula and between 48-72 hours on the Balearic Islands. Keep in mind that we are talking about business days with what orders from Thursday to Sunday can arrive on Monday or later depending on the deadline.

Once the entire purchase process has been completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the necessary information to be able to track it on the carrier's website.

IMPORTANT: 4 Collectors is not responsible for customs retentions or confiscations.

WARRANTY:

Your items will be professionally packaged and well protected for transport.

Our warranty covers justifiable damage. In warranty cases we will repair or replace the item in question. If 4 Collectors considers that a return is justified by damage, it is obliged to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without the buyer being entitled to compensation for damages.
The guarantee referred to in this article will not be applicable in the event that the defect has been totally or partially caused by incorrect, inadequate, careless or incompetent use and/or if you have made any modifications to the products.
4Collectors liability is limited to the warranty it provides for certain products. Liability for consequential damages will not be recognized.
The buyer is responsible for the shipment and any damage suffered during transit are the responsibility of the transport provider and it is he who should be contacted in case of lost goods.

We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all items.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. All claims for damaged products must be made no later than 48 hours after receipt.

 By ordering, you accept all responsibilities related to the shipment and the legality of your order.

RETURNS:

Items must be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract with 4 Collectors within seven days of delivery of the products, provided that the products are still factory sealed. You are responsible for informing 4 Collectors by email and must return the products immediately. The maximum return period will not exceed 14 days, from receipt of the order, as long as the products to be returned are in perfect condition and they have not been unsealed or tampered with by the customer.

In the event that the reason for the return is not attributable to 4 Collectors, the Customer must bear the shipping costs, both delivery and return.

In any case, returns must meet the following requirements:

  • The returned product must be in its original state, preserving, as much as possible, the original packaging and labeling.
  • For the return, the same box in which the shipment was made must be used.

You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

In case of retention or confiscation by customs, 4 Collectors will not refund the amount until the shipped items are recovered. Once recovered, the amount of the items will be reimbursed where the customer will assume the shipping costs.
